Special tool for adjusting track beam, mounting method and track adjusting method
The invention discloses a special tool for adjusting a track beam and a mounting method. The special tool comprises a bearing beam and symmetrically-arranged adjusting clamping hooks; one ends of theadjusting clamping hooks are movably connected to the bearing beam; when the track beam is adjusted, the other ends of the adjusting clamping hooks are clamped to the two sides of an upper flange plate of the track beam; the bearing beam is jacked up through a jacking device, and then the track beam is adjusted. The invention further discloses a method for adjusting the track beam through the tool. Compared with a traditional mechanical method, the mounting method has higher operation efficiency and safer construction process, can save per-machine per-team cost, and good economic benefits arecreated. Meanwhile, compared with a traditional method, the mounting method has higher adjusting precision, saves labor force, saves cost and improves mounting quality. The special tool is formed by assembling channel steels and steel plates; in a using process, the special tool is jacked through a jack, the track beam is jacked up, and then the track beam can reach the installation precision through the slight adjustment of an operator.
