The invention provides a membrane structure anti-filtration surrounding well which can rapid piping rapid rescue with the aid of buoyancy. A cylinder with a certain diameter and a certain height is made of high-strength waterproof canvas coated with PVC. Hollow circular rings are arranged at the bottom and on the top of the cylinder respectively. One or more annular gas bags are arranged on the top of the inner side of the cylinder and fixed to the inner wall of the cylinder. When piping happens, anti-filtration materials are laid on a piping occurrence area, and the structure is laid on a foundation with the center of the piping occurrence area as the circle center. The circular-ring-shaped bottom periphery is compacted through sandy soil bags, and therefore water leakage is prevented. Water discharged through piping can enter the cylinder after penetrating the anti-filtration materials, the gas bags on the top of the cylinder can unceasingly rise while the water level in the cylinder unceasingly rises, finally the whole structure can form a cylindrical surrounding well structure with a certain height and a certain diameter under the floating effect of the gas bags, and the aim of piping rescue is achieved.
