The invention provides an integral composite work cushion layer suitable for new hydraulic reclamation ultra-soft land foundation processing. The integral composite work cushion layer is located on the surface of an ultra-soft land foundation and comprises a surface cushion layer, a geogrid layer and a sand quilt bottom face cushion layer from top to bottom. The sand quilt bottom face cushion layer comprises a bottom layer of cloth, a top layer of cloth and separation walls evenly arranged between the bottom layer of cloth and the top layer of cloth. The space between the bottom layer of cloth and the top layer of cloth in the length direction is divided into a plurality of separation bins through the separation walls. A plurality of sand bags extending downwards are arranged at the bottom of the bottom layer of cloth, wherein openings of the sand bags are located on the bottom layer of cloth. The top layer of cloth is provided with sleeve openings formed on the top layer of cloth, wherein the sleeve openings extend upwards. Continuous and through rectangular filling bags surrounding the top layer of cloth in the center are arranged on the peripheral boundary of the bottom layer of cloth. The rectangular filling bags, the sand bags and the separation bins are filled with filler. The integral composite work cushion layer is short in construction period, high in construction efficiency and especially suitable for newly hydraulic reclamation ultra-soft foundation processing projects.
