The invention relates to a drilling rod mounting structure for a pile driver for cement mixing piles. The problem that an existing pile driver for cement mixing piles is uneven in mixing during drilling is solved. The drilling rod mounting structure comprises a driving box body with an inner cavity. The driving box body is provided with at least one main drill rod which is arranged in the vertical direction, and at least two auxiliary drill rods are arranged on the outer circumferential side of the main drill rod. The center line of the main drill rod of the driving box body and the center lines of any two auxiliary drill rods are sequentially connected so that a triangular structure can be formed, wherein the projections of the two auxiliary drill rods in the vertical direction and the center line of the main drill rod are not located in the same straight line. The driving box body is provided with a drill rod rotation driving mechanism. An axial driving mechanism is arranged on the main drill rod and the driving box body. The drilling rod mounting structure has the advantages that the mixing homogeneity is improved, drill rod bodies can be stretched in the axial direction and also can slide in the axial direction during circumferential rotation, and the phenomenon that drilling cannot be achieved tends not to happen; the perimeter of the cross section of each cement mixing pile is increased after construction, and the pull-out capacity of the cement mixing piles is improved.
