Inner impact type pipe-driven pile hammer
The invention relates to an impact hammer, in particular to an inner impact type pipe-driven pile hammer which comprises a pile pipe with an opening in the upper end. A hammer head is arranged in the pile pipe. An annular supporting rib is arranged in the middle in the pile pipe. A hydraulic cylinder is supported on the annular supporting rib, and the outer wall of the hydraulic cylinder is in sliding fit with the inner wall of the pile pipe. The lower end of a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder is flexibly connected with the hammer head, and the upper end of the hydraulic cylinder stretches out of the upper end opening of the pile pipe upwards. A base is arranged at the upper end of the hydraulic cylinder and connected with a hydraulic control system. Hydraulic power is used for replacing the existing structure for lifting the hammer head through a winch, so that the impacting frequency is high, the impact energy is large, and the work efficiency is improved.
