The post-anchoring method comprises the steps that connectors are embedded to a straight section of the underground diaphragm wall; additional reinforcement steel bars are perpendicularly anchored into an inclined section of the underground diaphragm wall; X-direction reinforcement steel bars and Y-direction reinforcement steel bars in the foundation slab reinforcement steel bars are fixedly connected with the straight section of the underground diaphragm wall through the connectors and fixedly connected with the inclined section of the underground diaphragm wall through the additional reinforcement steel bars. According to the post-anchoring method for the foundation slab reinforcement steel bars and the underground diaphragm wall, due to the fact that the additional reinforcement steel bars are anchored into the inclined section of the underground diaphragm wall, the problems that oblique drilling on an underground diaphragm wall for arranging foundation slab reinforcement steel bars cannot be implemented, and then connection cannot be achieved are solved; joints are relatively simple; operation is convenient and easy; connection effectiveness and reliability can be achieved, and design requirements are met. Compared with the prior art in which a special mechanical device is adopted for drilling inclined holes, the treatment cost is lower.
