The invention discloses a welding-free underground diaphragm wall anchoring part and a foundation pit inner support installation method. The anchoring part is composed of an anchoring plate, an anchoring sleeve, a plugging part and a connecting part. The anchor plate is pre-buried in the inner side of the diaphragm wall, the anchor plate is connected to the outer side of a reinforcement cage of the diaphragm wall and arranged in the wall surface direction of the diaphragm wall, a positioning piece is installed on the outer side of the reinforcement cage, the thickness of the positioning piece is matched with the thickness of a protective layer of the diaphragm wall, and a plurality of through holes are formed in the anchor plate; the anchoring sleeve is provided with an open end and a closed end which are opposite, and the open end is connected to the end, close to the reinforcement cage, of the penetrating hole. The plugging piece detachably plugs the other end, away from the reinforcement cage, of the penetrating hole. The connecting piece is provided with a first end and a second end which are opposite to each other, after the plugging piece is detached, the first end of the connecting piece can be axially and movably inserted into the penetrating hole and the anchoring sleeve, and the second end of the connecting piece extends out of the underground diaphragm wall to be used for installing a foundation pit inner support. The problem that construction of an embedded steel plate on an existing diaphragm wall is tedious is solved.
