The invention provides a prefabricated integral concrete comprehensive pipe rack and a construction method. According to a traditional underground pipe rack cast-in-place process, a construction excavation face is large, a construction material stacking site is large, construction procedures are complex, and the construction period is long; prefabricated parts manufactured through the existing prefabricated pipe rack technology are large in size and inconvenient to transport and install, and the requirement for site construction machines is high. The method includes the steps that a set of exhaust holes (14) are formed in the upper portion of each bottom plate prefabricated part (1), and cast-in-place concrete (2) is arranged at the lower portion of each bottom plate prefabricated part (1); the bottom plate prefabricated parts are connected with the lower portions of overlapped side wall parts (6), and the upper portions of the overlapped side wall parts are connected with overlapped top plate parts (13); the bottom plate prefabricated parts and the overlapped top plate parts are each provided with a set of axillary angles (7) and axillary angle plates (18), and axillary angle rebars (8) are arranged in the axillary angles (7); and reinforcing rebars (12) are arranged in the axillary angle plates. The construction method is used for the prefabricated integral concrete comprehensive pipe rack.
