The invention relates to the technical field of comprehensive pipe rack construction, in particular to a construction method of a prefabricated superposed type underground comprehensive pipe rack. Theconstruction method mainly comprises the steps of mounting a base plate; mounting wallboards; supporting the wallboards; reinforcing a wallboard structure; supporting a top plate; mounting the top plate; and conducting concrete pouring construction. Prefabricated plate parts adopted in the construction method are each of a plate structure and convenient to transport; meanwhile, the prefabricatedplate parts are small in mass and convenient to hoist and mount; and after being spliced, the prefabricated plate parts are connected on cast-in-place concrete to form the whole comprehensive pipe rack, and high efficiency is achieved in the whole construction process. T-shaped rib strip plates similar to reinforcing steel bar frames are pre-arranged on prefabricated top plates, and the strength of the prefabricated top plates can be improved; and reinforcing steel bars are adopted to connect the T-shaped rib strip plates with a top plate reinforcing steel bar frame to form a bidirectional reinforcing steel bar structure, the prestress of the prefabricated top plates can be increased, and the bearing capacity is high. A support frame can be adjusted in the transverse direction and the longitudinal direction, and the wallboards and the top plate can be supported more steadily.
