The invention provides an adjustable hidden hinge. The adjustable hidden hinge comprises a first fixed base and a second fixed base, a first adjusting base and a second adjusting base, and a hinge rotating set, wherein the hinge rotating set comprises a first rocking arm and a second rocking arm connected through a shaft connecting structure; the front end of the first rocking arm is fixed at the inner side of the first adjusting base through a pin; the front end of the second rocking arm is fixed at the inner side of the second adjusting base through a pin; the back end of the first rocking arm and a first slide mechanism are arranged at the outer side of the second adjusting base through pins; the back end of the second rocking arm and a second slide mechanism are arranged at the outer side of the first adjusting base through pins; the first adjusting base is fixed in the first fixed base; a hole for penetrating through an adjusting screw in the first adjusting base is transversely elliptic; the second adjusting base is fixed in the second fixed base; and a hole for penetrating through a fixed screw in the second adjusting base is longitudinally elliptic. The adjustable hidden hinge is adjustable in three-dimensional direction, is completely hidden, is convenient for use, and is stable in installation.
