The invention relates to a door hinge, in particular to a two-dimensional adjustable hidden hinge. The hinge comprises two moving hinge components and two fixed hinge components, wherein the two fixedhinge components are symmetrically arranged; each moving hinge component comprises a moving hinge sliding block and a moving hinge fixed block; the moving hinge sliding block is provided with a stepped groove, a guide groove and a fixed block connecting hole; a T-shaped groove is formed in the right side of the stepped groove; the moving hinge fixed block is embedded in the stepped groove and isprovided with a guide rod and a screw hole; an adjusting screw is provided and is embedded in the T-shaped groove; each fixed hinge component comprises a fixed hinge fixed sheet, an L-shaped hinge sheet and an adjusting knob; the fixed hinge fixed sheet is provided with a rotary knob hole; the adjusting knob is provided with a front and back adjusting hole, an eccentric column and a clamp spring groove; a clamp spring is provided and is embedded in the clamp spring groove; the adjusting knob passes through a positioning hole and the rotary knob hole; a sliding shaft hole is formed in the bottom of the L-shaped hinge sheet; a sliding shaft and a wear-resistant flange are provided; the lower part of the sliding shaft is embedded in the sliding shaft hole; the upper part of the sliding shaftis embedded in the wear-resistant flange; and the wear-resistant flange is connected to the moving hinge components and the fixed hinge components.
