A novel electric heating type heating floor comprises a floor block with the appearance being rectangular. An electric heating element is arranged in the floor block. The heating floor is characterized in that the floor block comprises an upper floor body, a lower floor body and a peripheral wall part; the upper floor body, the lower floor body and the spherical wall part form a flat liquid storage cavity; the liquid storage cavity is filled with heat conductive oil and sealed; the electric heating element is disposed between the upper floor body and the lower floor body and immersed in the heat conductive oil. The heating floor further comprises a heat-isolation layer composited on the lower floor body. The floor is good in heat transfer effect, safe, reliable, uniform in cooling and high in heating speed and achieves the effect that heating is achieved immediately when the floor is turned on, and the problem of power attenuation does not exist; a user can lay the floor on the ground of a room on a whole, and the floor can be laid on the ground locally or laid on a wall to serve as a wainscot.
