The novel honeycomb electric heating floor comprises a bamboo and wood mixed base plate. A damp-proof layer is arranged on the lower surface of the bamboo and wood mixed base plate, a heat-insulation layer, an electric heating plate, a honeycomb section bar layer, a heat conduction layer and decorative finish veneer are sequentially arranged on the upper surface of the bamboo and wood mixed base plate from bottom to top, a first honeycomb plastic layer is arranged between the electric heating plate and the honeycomb section bar layer, a second honeycomb plastic layer is arranged between the honeycomb section bar layer and the heat conduction layer, the first honeycomb plastic layer is formed by means of injection molding, the electric heating plate and the honeycomb section bar layer are inlaid by the aid of the first honeycomb plastic layer, the second honeycomb plastic layer is formed by means of injection molding, and the honeycomb section bar layer and the heat conduction layer are inlaid by the aid of the second honeycomb plastic layer. The novel honeycomb electric heating floor has the advantages of high heat conduction efficiency and practicality.
