High-limestone-doping-amount cement grinding aid, and preparation method and application thereof
The invention belongs to the field of chemical construction materials, and particularly relates to a high-limestone-doping-amount cement grinding aid, and a preparation method and application thereof. The invention aims to provide a special grinding aid for high-limestone-doping-amount cement, which is named polyhydroxyethyl-polyethylene polyamine. The high-limestone-doping-amount cement grinding aid can improve the conditions of overhigh early strength and overlow later strength of the cement. The preparation method comprises the following steps: A. adding polyethylene polyamine and a catalyst into a reactor, and closing the reactor; B. introducing nitrogen to replace air, vacuumizing, and repeating the operation at least twice; C. heating to 50 DEG C while stirring, adding epoxyethane epoxyethane to react while controlling the reaction pressure at 0.01-0.4 MPa and the reaction temperature at 60-80 DEG C; and D. cooling when the pressure in the reactor no longer lowers (which indicates the finish of the reaction), thereby obtaining the polyhydroxyethyl-polyethylene polyamine.
