Method of preparing ganged brick by using aluminum scruff ash
The invention discloses a method of preparing a ganged brick by using aluminum scruff ash, which comprises the following steps: (100) choosing the following components composed according to mass percent as materials: 60 to 65 percent of aluminum scruff ash, 15 to 20 percent of shale, 5 to 10 percent of quartz and 10 to 20 percent of additive; (200) uniformly mixing the materials composed according to the mass percent, performing ball milling on the materials by a ball mill after performing vibrational grinding on the materials to obtain powder; (300) carrying out pulp production on the powder, adding gelatin to pellet, then performing compression moulding by using a semi-dry pressing process to obtain a moulded blank; (400) drying the moulded blank in a drying tower; (500) putting the dried moulded blank in a sintering furnace to sinter to form the ganged brick. By adopting the method, the deformation of the ganged brick during the sintering process can be restrained; the strength of the ganged brick is improved; the ganged brick has the advantages of breathability and air permeability, good sound insulation function, good heat preservation function and frost resistance, moreover, the ganged brick is not easy to crack and layer.
