NiCuZn ferrite and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a NiCuZn ferrite and a preparation method thereof. The NiCuZn ferrite comprises the following raw materials by molar percentage: 47 to 49 percent of Fe2O3, 8 to 15 percent of CuO, 15 to 28 percent of ZnO, 15 to 28 percent of NiO, and the balance of B2O3-SiO2-ZnO, wherein Fe2O3, CuO, ZnO and NiO are taken as main materials; B2O3-SiO2-ZnO is taken as a sintering agent; the mass ratio of the raw materials to the sintering agent is (1 to 2):100. The NiCuZn ferrite is relatively high in both direct current bias property and initial magnetic conducting rate.
