Carbon/carbon composite material surface high temperature oxidation resistant coating and preparation method thereof
The present invention discloses a carbon/carbon composite material surface high temperature oxidation resistant coating, which is characterized by comprising 20-50% of silica fume, 5-15% of carbon powder, 2-10% of alumina powder, 5-10% of silicon carbide whiskers, and 10-45% of a silicon carbide powder. The method is as below: placing the powders in a ball mill, thoroughly mixing, wherein a binder is composed of alcohol and glass water, and the ratio of the mixed material to the binder is 1:1 to 1.5; coating the slurry of 1-5mm thick on the composite substrate surface, placing in a closed vessel with inlet and outlet ports; keeping a spacing between the sample and the laser in a perpendicular relation, and then introducing inert gas, starting the power, wherein the condition are as below: laser beam diameter of 2-5 mm, the spacing between laser and the sample of 5-50mm, current of 300-500A, pulse frequency of 5-10 Hz at speed of 100-1000 mm/s, and repetition rate of reciprocating laser beam of about 5-10%; and cooling for a while and taking out to obtain the coating formed by cladding of carbon/carbon composite material surface.
