The invention discloses a vertical acoustic shield which comprises a front galvanized plate, middle cold-rolled plates and a back galvanized plate. Four to ten rows of sound absorbing holes are formed in the front galvanized plate. The cold-rolled plates are corrugated steel plates formed in a stamped mode. A polyester fiber sound-absorbing plate is arranged between the front galvanized plate and the middle cold-rolled plates. The surface of the polyester fiber sound-absorbing plate is wrapped with a polyvinyl fluoride film. An expanded perlite plate is arranged between the middle cold-rolled plates and the back galvanized plate. The vertical acoustic shield is attractive in appearance and convenient to install; the galvanized plate with the holes formed in the front and the middle polyester fiber sound-absorbing plate can have the sound absorbing effect, and the middle cold-rolled plates and the expanded perlite plate have the sound insulating effect; in addition, the middle cold-rolled plates can improve the strength, have functions of space separating and two-layer sound insulating, reduce resonant frequency and achieve effects of absorbing sounds and reducing noise.
