The invention discloses a municipal environmental protection guard net comprising a top plate. Planting grooves are arranged on the lower surface of the top plate and close to the two side surfaces. The opening of each planting groove is flush with the upper surface of the top plate. The bottom portion of each planting groove is connected to a column having a hollow structure. A guard board is arranged between the two columns and close to the planting grooves, and the two sides of the guard board are clamped on the two columns. More than one crossbeam are mounted on the lower surface of the guard board. The two columns are provided with multiple through holes corresponding with each other, and the two ends of each crossbeam are arranged in the corresponding through holes. A rotating board is vertically arranged on each crossbeam, and the crossbeam is provided with through holes which the rotating board penetrates. The guard net further comprises a reinforcement board, and the top portion of the reinforcement board is connected to the two columns through hinging bolts. The municipal environmental protection guard can achieve good protection and isolation effects, can enhance the whole aesthetic perception, is quite high in structural performance, tends not to be damaged, has quite obvious reinforcement effects, and enhances city greening effects through the effect of plant growing.
