The invention discloses a prestress special-shaped centrifugal concrete plate pile. The prestress special-shaped centrifugal concrete plate pile is characterized in that the plate pile comprises a concrete pile point arranged at the front end of a pile body and an end fixing portion arranged at the tail end of the pile body; the pile body comprises a pile body supporting segment and a pile body reinforcing segment arranged on the pile body supporting segment; the pile body reinforcing segment comprises a convex tenon arranged on one side face of the pile body supporting segment and a concave boulder groove formed in the side face, opposite to the convex tenon, of the pile body supporting segment; and a filling groove is formed in the middle of the convex tenon. The invention further discloses a manufacturing method of the special-shaped centrifugal concrete plate pile. The manufactured special-shaped centrifugal concrete plate pile has the beneficial effects that concrete is even and dense; no clearance exists in the middle; product quality is stable; high strength is achieved; and the corrosion resisting performance can be greatly improved.
