Prestress star-shaped concrete pile and manufacturing method thereof
The invention discloses a prestress star-shaped concrete pile. The prestress star-shaped concrete pile is characterized in that a body of the concrete pile is of a four-pointed-star-shaped structure; the body comprises an upper supporting part, a lower supporting part, a left supporting part and a right supporting part, and the four supporting parts are the same in structure; each supporting part is of a trapezoidal solid structure formed by two side walls and connecting parts at the upper ends of the two side walls, and the upper end face of the trapezoidal solid structure is smaller than the lower end face of the trapezoidal solid structure. The invention further discloses a manufacturing method of the concrete pile. The manufacturing method includes the steps of preparation of a reinforcement cage framework, assembly, pretension, mechanical distribution, die closing, steam curing and die release, and taking out of the formed star-shaped concrete pile. According to the star-shaped concrete pile, in the pile sinking process, the soil compaction effect of foundation piles can be effectively reduced, and the pile forming accuracy is improved; meanwhile, the friction surface of the foundation piles and foundation soil is increased through increase of the star-shaped outer surface, so that the foundation bearing force of a single pile is greatly increased, the number of the adopted foundation piles is reduced finally, and cost is reduced.
