Method for manufacturing and constructing large-diameter super-long test pile
The invention discloses a method for manufacturing and constructing a large-diameter super-long test pile. The method comprises the steps of fabricating an inner sleeve and an outer sleeve, completing combination of the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve according to construction procedures, and after the pouring is completed, separating the inner sleeve with the outer sleeve. In the fabrication and construction process of the test pile, as for the part above the elevation of the pile top of an engineering pile, the way that the outer sleeve is in contact with the soil layer and the inner sleeve is in contact with the test cast-in-place pile is adopted, the inner sleeve is not in contact with the outer sleeve, so that the inner sleeve is isolated from the soil layer in an ineffective section (the soil layer section located above the elevation of the pile top of the engineering pile), the friction resistance of the section is directly eliminated, and the test pile can be fitted with the actual engineering pile in the friction resistance in the loading test, thereby the actual friction resistance and sedimentation value of the engineering pile are directly reflected; limiting resistance-eliminating wheels are arranged on the outer wall of the inner sleeve, the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve can be prevented from large excursion due to uncontrollable external force in the construction process, even if the limiting resistance-eliminating wheels are in contact with the inner wall of the outer sleeve, the friction resistance can be ignored, and meanwhile the perpendicularity of the test pile is guaranteed.
