The invention relates to a curtain wall glass structure capable of achieving self ventilation and air-exchange. The structure comprises an alloy joist frame, a location frame, a location sliding groove, a connecting slide block, a connecting ratchet wheel and curtain wall glass, the alloy joist frame is of a rectangle frame structure, the location frame is embedded into the alloy joist frame, the side edge of the top of the location frame is hinged to the alloy joist frame through the connecting ratchet wheel, the remaining side edges of the location frame are connected to the alloy joist frame through the location sliding groove and the connecting slide block, the curtain wall glass is installed on the outer surface of the location frame through connecting bolts, the curtain wall glass comprises a glass substrate and reinforced metal net, wherein air guide holes are formed in the glass substrate in a uniform-distribution mode, and one or more layers of the reinforced metal net are embedded into the glass substrate. On one hand, the curtain wall glass structure can effectively keep consistent with a building glass curtain wall in structure and hue, it is facilitated to improve the entire aestheticism of the building glass curtain wall, on the other hand, the appearance overall identity and flatness effect of the building glass curtain wall can be maintained, and meanwhile the flowability of air between a building and the external environment can be effectively guaranteed.
