The invention discloses a diamond film with functions of colored nanometer anions. The diamond film sequentially comprises a nanometer-scale UV (ultraviolet) finish paint layer, an adhesion medium layer, a PET (polyethylene terephthalate) mask/a polishing sheet mask/stone paper, another adhesion medium layer, a printed pattern layer, a nanometer anion compound glue layer and a nanometer anion plastic substrate balance layer or glass fiber cloth from top to bottom. The invention further extensively provides a wall adhesion diamond film and a wall adhesion diamond plate with the identical functions on the basis of the diamond film. The diamond film, the wall adhesion diamond film and the wall adhesion diamond plate have the advantages that the surfaces of the diamond film, the wall adhesion diamond film and the wall adhesion diamond plate are abrasion-resistant, scratching-resistant, scrubbing-resistant, anti-yellowing and humidity-resistant and are free of mildew; the diamond film, the wall adhesion diamond film and the wall adhesion diamond plate contain function materials capable of releasing the nanometer anions in a long-acting manner, accordingly, the anions can be released in the long-acting manner without electric oxygen production, and environments can be improved by the anions; microcirculation of human bodies can be improved by the anions, the immunity of the human bodies can be enhanced by the anions, harm to the human bodies due to building decoration can be reduced, and air-condition syndromes can be effectively eliminated; the diamond film, the wall adhesion diamond film and the wall adhesion diamond plate can be widely used for indoor wall decoration, elevator car decoration, interior decoration for traffic limousines, ships and trains and the like.
