The invention discloses a sleeve mold for reserving holes in a construction site. The sleeve mold comprises a sleeve and a fixing piece for the sleeve, and is characterized in that the sleeve is a tube with a top opening and a bottom opening; a cover plate which can cover the top opening is arranged on the top opening of the sleeve; a limiting plate is arranged in the middle of the sleeve; a limiting hole which is coaxial with a central axis of the sleeve is formed in the limiting plate; a hinging component is arranged on the outer surface of the sleeve; and the fixing piece is connected with the hinging component. According to the technical scheme, stability of a mold in a hole can be guaranteed during construction, and the sealing property can be high when pipes are buried.
