The invention discloses a novel separating groove type hole reserving sleeve construction tool, which comprises a folding sleeve, a top cover and a sleeve fixing device. The folding sleeve is formed by circumferentially splicing a plurality of segments, all the segments are hinged through hinging parts, and the hinging part between two of the segments is of a detachable structure; and the top cover is arranged at the top of the folding sleeve, the sleeve fixing device is used for fixing the folding sleeve to a roof template, and a circular ring is further arranged outside the folding sleeve ina sleeving mode. The novel separating groove type hole reserving sleeve construction tool is applied to hole reserving construction of the sleeve, the separated sleeve is mounted fast and firmly, isconvenient to demount and can be recycled in multiple projects, thus the mounting and demounting working efficiency is improved, and the situation that the flatness of floor concrete is destroyed dueto early demolition is reduced. According to the reserving sleeve tool, after the concrete is poured, two manually-formed grooves are formed in the inner side walls of a reserved hole for increasing two passes of rigid waterproofing and assisting waterproofness of polyurethane in kitchens and toilets of a floor.
本发明公开了一种新型分离凹槽式预留洞套管施工工具，包括折叠套管、顶盖和套管固定装置，折叠套管由多个管片周向拼接而成，各个管片之间通过铰接件铰接连接，且其中两片管片之间的铰接件为可拆卸结构；顶盖设置于折叠套管的顶部，套管固定装置用于将折叠套管固定在顶板模板上，折叠套管的外部还套设有圆环；使用本发明的工具应用于套管预留洞施工，“分离式”套管安装快捷、安装坚固、拆卸方便、可多个工程周转使用、从而提高了拆装工效，减少了因为早拆而破坏楼面混凝土的平整度。本预留套管工具在混凝土浇筑完毕后，预留洞内侧壁有两道人为制造出来的凹槽，用来增加两道刚性防水，用来辅助楼层厨、厕间聚氨酯的防水性。
