The invention discloses a casement window capable of preventing water seepage. The casement window comprises a window frame and a window sash. The window sash is arranged inside the window frame. The casement window is characterized in that a groove is formed in the outer side face of the bottom of the window frame, and the portion, connected with the outer side face of the bottom of the window frame, of the upper edge of the groove is provided with a protruding portion; when water flow outside the window flows along the outer side face of the bottom of the window frame towards a gap of a sliding groove in the bottom of the window frame, due to the fact that the groove is formed in the outer side face, the water flow naturally flows into the groove and will not continue to flow upwards, and the width of the groove is larger than the maximum distance through which the tension of the water flow can pass. Meanwhile, the water flow entering the groove will flow down along the lower edge of the groove due to the gravity action and blockage of the protruding portion arranged at the portion, connected with the outer side face of the bottom of the window frame, of the upper edge of the groove.
