HANDLE MALFUNCTION PREVENTING DEVICE AND CASEMENT WINDOW
To provide: a handle malfunction preventing device that does not influence a stile width and design on the edge of a sash, does not limit other metal fittings that should be provided on a stile, alleviates a restriction on the minimum height of the sash regarding a manufacturable range, and is easy to cope with construction error or aging; and a casement window including the same.SOLUTION: The present invention is provided in a vertical frame 31 on the edge of a sash 3. A handle shaft rotation control unit 11 is provided in a device case 10 that a handle shaft 12a penetrates. When the sash 3 is closed with respect to an opening frame 2, the handle shaft rotation control unit 11 moves the edge engagement part of a second advancing and retracting member 11c away from the handle shaft 12a and allows the handle shaft 12a to rotate by the abutment of the edge abutting part of a first advancing and retracting member 11b against the abutted part of an opening frame 2. Meanwhile, when the sash 3 is opened from the opening frame 2, the handle shaft rotation control unit 11 prevents the handle shaft 12a from rotating by the removal of the edge abutting part of the first advancing and retracting member 11b from the abutted part of the opening frame 2, and the engagement of the edge engagement part of the second advancing and retracting member 11c with a cam member 12b due to the elastic force of a compression spring 11a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】障子先端の框の幅やデザインに影響を与えることなく、しかも框に設けるべき他の金具を制限することがない共に、障子の製作範囲最小高さの制約を緩和し、施工誤差や経年変化に対応し易いハンドルの誤動作防止装置、およびそれを備えた開き窓を提供する。【解決手段】障子3先端の縦框31に設けられ、ハンドル軸12aが貫通する装置ケース10内に、障子3が開口枠2に閉められた場合、開口枠2の被当接部に第1進退部材11bの先端当接部が当接することにより第2進退部材11cの先端係合部をハンドル軸12aから離れる方向に移動させ、ハンドル軸12aの回動を許可する一方、障子3が開口枠2から開けられた場合、開口枠2の被当接部から第1進退部材11bの先端当接部が離れて、圧縮バネ11aの弾性力によって第2進退部材11cの先端係合部がカム部材12bに係合してハンドル軸12aの回動を禁止するハンドル軸回動制御部11を設けた。【選択図】図2
