The invention relates to an automotive flush type sliding window convenient to operate and a sliding mechanism of the automotive flush type sliding window. The automotive flush type sliding window convenient to operate comprises window glass, wherein a guide track is arranged on the inner side of the window glass; the sliding mechanism is in sliding fit to the guide track; movable glass is fixedly connected with the sliding mechanism; and a ventilating hole which is in sealing fit to the movable glass is formed in the window glass. When the movable glass moves on the guide track to a position where the movable glass is aligned to the ventilating hole through the sliding mechanism, the movable glass can move vertically relative to the window glass and is in sealing fit in the hole; and after the sliding window is closed, the movable glass can be flush with an automotive window, and the sealing performance is guaranteed.
