The invention belongs to the field of building materials, and particularly relates to cement-based noctilucent ceramic-imitating dry powder paint and a preparation method thereof. The cement-based noctilucent ceramic-imitating dry powder paint comprises alkali metal silicate, a photoinduced energy storage material, dispersible latex powder, methyl cellulose ether, titanium dioxide, a water repellent, a coalescent agent, a wetting agent and a defoaming agent raw material. By adopting dispersible latex powder and alkali metal silicate, a salting-out whitening phenomenon in a long-time application process is avoided. Meanwhile, the prepared cement-based noctilucent ceramic-imitating dry powder paint product is high in veneer hardness, good in durability (good weather resistance, color fastness, contamination resistance and water resistance), simple in preparation process, convenient to transport, long in storage time and wide in application.
