The present invention discloses a high-strength silicon carbide ceramic material and a preparation method therefor. The material is prepared by the following components in parts by weight: 80-90 parts of silicon carbide, 2-4 parts of nickel oxide, 1-3 parts of manganese silicide, 1-2 parts of chromium powder, 4-6 parts of quartz sand, 12-15 parts of zirconium diboride, 1-3 parts of titanium nitride, 5-6 parts of diabase, 2-4 parts of kibushi clay, 5-7 parts of a silane coupling agent, 3-5 parts of epoxy soybean oil, 1-3 parts of nano aluminum oxide, 0.5-0.7 part of tartaric acid, 0.5-0.8 part of hydrogen peroxide, 2-5 parts of sodium silicate, 6-7 parts of auxiliaries, and a proper amount of water. The silicon carbide ceramic material disclosed by the invention has large density and high strength; the added components such as epoxy soybean oil, diabase, kibushi clay and the like ensure the stability of the material on the basis of reinforcing the strength of material; and the added components such as manganese silicide, chromium powder, titanium nitride and the like further enhance the strength of material, and ensure the quality of the product.
