Rapid compacting method for loess subgrade
The invention relates to a rapid compacting method for a loess subgrade. The method comprises the following steps of (1) selecting a mechanical combination, wherein the mechanical combination includes 1-2 vibratory rollers YZ-18T, which wears cam armors, and an iron three-wheel road roller 3YJ-21T with a sand filling counterweight; (2) determining horizontal layered construction rolling thickness as compactness thickness, wherein the compactness thickness is no more than 30cm; (3) leveling up the loess subgrade; (4) determining natural water content of loess; and (5) exerting the road roller to perform rolling operation along a road, wherein the vibratory rollers YZ-18T and the iron three-wheel road roller 3YJ-21T are exerted to roll once in sequence according to a rolling speed of no more than 1.7 km/h; the vibratory roller YZ-18T vibrates intensively at a gear I, and the vibration track of the vibratory roller YZ-18T is coincided with 90% of the whole width of a cam; the iron three-wheel road roller 3YJ-21T statically rolls at a gear I or a gear II, and wheel marks of rear wheels are coincided for 30-50 cm; and the compactness of the loess subgrade can be detected by using a sand filling method after once rolling is finished; if the compactness of the loess subgrade does not satisfy standard requirements, the vibratory rollers YZ-18T and the iron three-wheel road roller 3YJ-21T are exerted to roll once again at most; and the total rolling times do not exceed twice. The rapid compacting method for the loess subgrade, provided by the invention, is advantaged in that the method is rapid and economic and the quality standard of the loess subgrade is high.
