The invention discloses a subgrade compacting device with a buffer structure and for construction engineering and relates to the field of construction engineering. Based on the problems that existingcompacting equipment for construction engineering is poor in protective effect, structural strength and stability, the following scheme is proposed: the compacting device with the buffer structure comprises an installation rack, a lifting mechanism and a compacting plate; the lifting mechanism is installed on the installation rack; and the compacting plate is connected with the bottom end of the lifting mechanism via a buffer mechanism. Via the arrangement of the buffer mechanism between the lifting mechanism and the compacting plate, the compacting plate is prevented from suddenly contactingthe subgrade, the protective effect is improved, the safety is higher, and the stability is good. The problems that the existing compacting equipment for construction engineering is poor in protectiveeffect, structural strength and stability are solved; the operation is simple; and the practicability is high.
