The invention discloses an overwater garbage processor. The overwater garbage processor is characterized in that garbage floating on the water surface is sucked from the water inlet through the rotation of the motor, and residual water is drained from the water outlet. The buoyancy increasing ring surrounds the periphery of the processor, so that the buoyancy of the processor can be increased. As for the battery, the garbage in the dustbin can be poured out after the motor is unscrewing, and meanwhile the battery is convenient to replace.
