The technology comprises the steps of locating an anchor hole, forming a hole with a drilling machine, drawing back a drilling bit, expanding the hole, cleaning the hole, laying an anchor rod and grouting, wherein in the step of drawing back the drilling bit, when the drilling bit drills to a point at a pre-determined depth, the drilling bit is drawn back by the length of a drilling rod. The drilling bit drilling to the point at the pre-determined depth is drawn back, the two sides of the originally formed hole are downwards obliquely drilled to enable a large-top and small-bottom trapezoid hole or an inverted taper hole to be formed at the bottom of the anchor hole , and then anchor rod steel bar laying and grouting operations are carried out, so that the grouted anchor rod pile can form an expanding head; due to the formation of the expanding head, a friction force of the bottom of a pile body is increased by folds; due to the increasing of the friction force, the tensile limit is a limit where a pile body steel bar is pulled to be broken; the anchoring effect is good; the construction is simple; the cost is very low; and the quality is reliable.
