The invention provides a dock anchor sheet pile construction technology. The dock anchor sheet pile construction technology includes the following steps that: a first step, a prefabricated anchor sheet pile with an exposed rebar is placed horizontally, and then a pile top of the prefabricated anchor sheet pile with the exposed rebar is subjected to be covered with a pile cap; a second step, the prefabricated anchor sheet pile is adjusted from horizontal state to vertical state, and the pile top is oriented upwards; a third step, the pile cap is hammered, and the prefabricated anchor sheet pileis hit until the prefabricated anchor sheet pile sinks to a designed elevation; and a forth step, the first step to the third step are repeated one by one, and remained prefabricated anchor sheet pile construction is completed. Due to the fact that pile top concrete is no longer chiseled out, during pile sinking, the pile cap need to be used for protecting the pile top concrete and the exposed rebars, and pile top fragmentation and the exposed rebar deformation when hitting are prevented.
本发明提供了一种船坞锚碇板桩施工工艺，包括以下步骤：步骤一、将带有外露钢筋的预制锚碇板桩水平放置，然后在预制锚碇板桩上具有外露钢筋的桩顶套上桩帽；步骤二、将预制锚碇板桩由水平状态调整至竖直状态，并且所述桩顶朝上；步骤三、锤击桩帽施打预制锚碇板桩，直至所述预制锚碇板桩沉桩至设计标高；步骤四、重复步骤一至步骤三逐一完成剩余的预制锚碇板桩施工。由于本发明不再凿除桩顶混凝土，所以在沉桩过程中需要使用桩帽对桩顶混凝土及外露钢筋进行保护，防止施打时桩顶碎裂和外露钢筋变形。
