The invention discloses a prefabricated solid circular pile toe and a manufacturing method thereof. The prefabricated solid circular pile toe comprises a pile toe framework and concrete poured on the pile toe framework. The pile toe framework comprises a shell (1), wherein anchoring ribs (2) are evenly arranged on the inner periphery of the shell (1). Each anchoring rib (2) comprises a fixing portion (21) and an anchoring portion (22) connected to the fixing portion (21) by an angle, and spiral ribs (3) are bound and fixed to the outer side of the fixing portion (21) in each anchoring rib (2) at intervals. Moreover, a center rib (5) which longitudinally penetrates through the whole shell (1) is arranged at the center of the shell (1). The manufacturing method of the prefabricated solid circular pile toe includes the steps that the pile toe framework is manufactured firstly, and then concrete is poured for forming. The prefabricated solid circular pile toe and the manufacturing method thereof have the advantages that manufacturing is easy, impact resistance is high, penetrability is high, and pile foundation construction under any geological condition can be achieved.
