Prefabricated energy pile and manufacturing method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, in particular to a prefabricated energy pile for foundation pit supporting. The prefabricated energy pile comprises prestressed reinforced concrete piles, heat transfer pipes and pile plugs, wherein the prestressed reinforced concrete piles comprise non-prestressed steel bars, prestressed tendons and stirrups; the cross-sectionof the prestressed reinforced concrete piles is I-shaped, the heat transfer pipes are embedded in the prefabricated energy pile in advance, and the pile plugs are used to block a heat transfer tube entrance and a heat transfer tube exit. The invention also comprises a manufacturing method of the above prefabricated energy pile. The prefabricated energy pile provided by the invention is an I-shaped reinforced concrete pile. By adopting prestress technology, the rigidity, bending resistance and shear resistance of the pile are increased, deformation during the use of foundation pit supporting is reduced, the heat transfer piles are effectively protected, and the deformation amount of the foundation pit is greatly reduced. The invention can be prefabricated in the factory or produced on site, the prestress can be applied by pretensioning or posttensioning, and the size and reinforcement of the pile can be flexibly adjusted according to the actual project, thereby having convenient production, high efficiency, mass production and controllable quality.
