The invention discloses a height-adjustable well lid structure which comprises a well lid seat fixed to a road surface and a well lid plate covering the well lid seat. Four supporting blocks are arranged on the well lid plate and evenly distributed on the lower surface of the well lid plate. The appearance of the well lid seat is annular, the lower surface of the well lid seat is a flat plane, the upper surface of the well lid seat is a wavy face, and the well lid seat is provided with N fixed groove sets connected with the supporting blocks. According to the height-adjustable well lid structure, different heights of the well lid plate are obtained through replacement of the different fixed groove sets, and therefore the flat plane as high as the road surface is achieved, and potential safety hazards to passing vehicles are eliminated. In addition, the height of the well lid plate is increased to the largest through replacement of the highest fixed groove set, larger displacement is provided for drainage of the road surface in rainy days, no traditional well lid removal mode is needed, and the accident that someone falls in a well in rainy days is effectively avoided, and safety and practicality are achieved.
