The invention discloses a height-adjustable well lid structure which comprises a well lid base and a well lid plate, wherein four support blocks are arranged on the well lid plate, and uniformly distributed on the lower surface of the well lid plate; the profile of the well lid base is ring-shaped; the lower surface of the well lid base is a flat straight plane; the upper surface of the well lid base is a heaved surface; N groups of fixed grooves used for being connected with the support blocks are formed in the well lid base; heat-resistant layers are arranged on the surfaces of the well lid base and the well lid plate. According to the height-adjustable well lid structure provided by the invention, different fixed groove groups are replaced to achieve different well lid plate heights, so that the flat surface with the same height as the pavement is realized, and the potential safety hazards of automobiles passing by the well lid structure are eliminated; besides, the highest fixed groove group is adopted to enable the well lid plate to be highest, so that the drainage volume of pavements in rainy days is greatly increased, and accidents that people fall into wells in rainy days are effectively avoided without the adoption of the traditional manner of eliminating well lids; therefore, the well lid structure is safe and practical.
