The invention discloses an antistatic aluminum alloy plate with high self-cleaning performance. The aluminum alloy plate comprises an aluminum alloy plate base layer (1), and is characterized in that an epoxy resin emulsion and polypropylene emulsion mixed sprayed layer (2), an antistatic layer (3) and a photocatalyst layer (4) are compounded outside the aluminum alloy plate base layer (1) in sequence, wherein the photocatalyst layer (4) is formed by spraying 0.05 to 0.8 L/m<2> of suspension containing 0.5 to 1 mass percent of commercial nano titanium dioxide solid powder or solvent on the surface of the antistatic layer. The aluminum alloy plate provided by the invention is high in super hydrophilicity and self-cleaning performance, and is antistatic, long in service life, low in cost, and wide in market prospect.
