The invention discloses a high performance aluminum-magnesium alloy plate, which comprises an alloy plate body, wherein the alloy plate body comprises an upper plate and a lower plate, the upper and the lower plates are connected by welding, a cavity is arranged between the upper and the lower plates, a bottom plate is arranged on the bottom portion of the cavity, a transparent glass cover plate is arranged on the top portions of the upper and the lower plates, a plurality of baffle plates are arranged in the cavity, the two ends of the baffle plates are respectively fixed on the upper and the lower plates, balancing weights are arranged on the baffle plates, shrinkage pools are arranged on the upper surface of the upper plate, a plurality of clamp holes are arranged on the lower surface of the lower plate, springs and clamp columns are arranged in the shrinkage pools, and the springs are fixed on the bottom portions of the shrinkage pools. The high performance aluminum-magnesium alloy plate is made by utilizing high performance of aluminum-magnesium alloys, and substantially comprises the upper plate, the lower plate, the bottom plate and the cover plate, the positions of the upper plate and the lower plate can change through sliding rails and sliders, and enable the high performance aluminum-magnesium alloy plate to be capable of freely changing shapes between a step plate and a rectangular plate, and the balancing weights in the cavity can change quality distribution of the high performance aluminum-magnesium alloy plate.
