The ceiling prefabricated composite slab with the underneath type radiant tubes comprises an integral pouring molded reinforcement layer (1), the radiant tubes (2) and a concrete layer (3); the radiant tubes (2) are positioned on the lower side of the reinforcement layer (1); and the concrete layer (3) wraps the reinforcement layer (1). The ceiling prefabricated composite slab with the underneath type radiant tubes is simple in structure, high in heat transfer efficiency and high in construction efficiency.
