Ultrathin stone polyurethane and ceramsite composite plates and machining method thereof
The invention discloses ultrathin stone polyurethane and ceramsite composite plates and a machining method thereof. According to the machining method, polyurethane and ceramsite are mixed to manufacture polyurethane and ceramsite plates, the polyurethane and ceramsite plates are adhered to two surfaces of a stone to be machined, the stone with the polyurethane and ceramsite plates on the two surfaces is cut off into two or a plurality of ultrathin stone polyurethane and ceramsite composite plates, and the thicknesses of the ultrathin stones are 3-8mm; one surfaces of the stones of the composite plates are ground and polished; and the polished ultrathin stone polyurethane and ceramsite composite plates can be directly used for decorating required portions of a wall. The machining method is easy to operate, the machined ultrathin stone polyurethane and ceramsite composite plates are light in weight, high in strength and convenient to convey, and are low-carbon and environment-friendly, and limited natural resources are saved.
