The invention relates to an ultrathin stone insulation integrated plate and a machining method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of stone machining. In the ultrathin stone insulation integrated plate, two trapezoidal grooves are respectively formed in two sides of an ultrathin outer layer; an insulation material is fixed on the ultrathin outer layer through fastening devices; each fastening device comprises a screw rod, a nut, a pad and a base; the base is provided with the screw rod; the nut and the pad are arranged on the screw rod; the cross section shape of the base is the same with the cross section shapes of the corresponding trapezoidal groove; the cross section of the base is trapezoidal; the base is arranged in the corresponding trapezoidal groove, and can move in the trapezoidal groove; the screw rod penetrates through the insulation material; the nut is arranged on the screw rod outside the insulation material; the pad is arranged at the lower part of the nut; and the insulation material is fixed with ultrathin stone through the nut. The trapezoidal grooves are formed in the ultrathin outer layer, the cross section of the base of each fastening device is trapezoidal, and the base fits the corresponding trapezoidal groove, so that the ultrathin stone insulation integrated plate can bear the gravity of the ultrathin outer layer in suspension.
