The invention relates to a ventilation silencing door, which comprises a door plate and silencers, wherein the silencers are embedded in the door plate in a penetrating manner in an equal-distance array mode; each silencer comprises two annular tubes which are coaxially sleeved; the inner annular tube is made of hard materials; the outer annular tube is made of soft elastic materials; an annular seam vertical to the axial line of the inner annular tube is cut on each inner annular tube; a vibration sheet matched with the outer annular tube is clamped in each annular seam; each vibration sheet radically penetrates through the corresponding inner annular tube and is fixed on the inner wall of the corresponding outer annular tube; each vibration sheet is positioned in an annular region formed between the inner annular tube and the outer annular tube and is provided with fine and dense ventilation holes; a sealing plate is also arranged on the inner wall of each inner annular tube; a position between each sealing plate and the corresponding vibration sheet is filled with buffer powder; and the particle radius of the buffer powder is greater than the radius of the ventilation hole. The silencing door has the advantages that the ventilation is ensured; and meanwhile, the effective sound isolation and silencing effects can be achieved.
