A manufacturing method for glass fiber reinforced plastic electric pole includes the following steps: (1) preparing raw material, by mass, epoxy resin 30%, curing agent 2%, glass fibre 30%, plastic colloidal particle 20%, and carbon fiber 18%; (2) mixing and stirring the epoxy resin and the plastic colloidal particle to make the plastic colloidal particle completely desaturate to be mixed dilute paste-like liquid; (3) cutting off the glass fibre and carbon fiber to be pieces with the length of 2 cm, and mixing uniformly; (4) stirring the mixed dilute paste-like liquid, the curing agent and the pieces of the mixed fibre uniformly to be sticky wet mixture; (5) filling a metal electric pole model uniformly with the sticky wet mixture; (6) heating the metal electric pole model uniformly at 200 DEG C for 10 minutes, and demoulding to get the glass fiber reinforced plastic electric pole. The manufacturing method for the glass fiber reinforced plastic electric pole which employs a plenty of organic compound to substitute inorganic compound, and high temperature solidification to substitute nature solidification, greatly reduces weight, increases intensity, and accelerates production speed.
