Method for preparing cement-stabilized macadam material through waste concrete
The invention provides a cement-stabilized macadam material prepared through waste concrete and a method thereof. The method includes the steps that the waste concrete is crushed to serve as aggregates to be recycled, and the synthesis grading, the cement content and the water content are determined through detection of the recycled aggregates and design of the mix proportion; the cement-stabilized macadam material mixed according to the mix proportion and the production flow is transported to a site to be laid, grinded and maintained. According to the cement-stabilized macadam material, all the application aggregates are the aggregates recycled through the waste concrete, the synthesis grading of the recycled aggregates under different cement content conditions is determined, and it is verified that the cement-stabilized macadam material with the cement content of 3%, the cement-stabilized macadam material with the cement content of 5% and the cement-stabilized macadam material with the cement content of 7% can be used for road surface sub-base courses, road-surface lower base courses and road-surface upper base courses respectively. The method for processing the waste concrete is reasonable, the mix proportion is scientifically calculated, the production flow is simple, the composite cost is low, and application and popularization are convenient.
