The quartz crucible preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing zirconium boride micro-powder, zirconium carbide micro-powder, lanthanum oxide, yttrium oxide, polyethyleneimine and fused quartz sand, feeding the mixture into a jet mill, and performing crushing treatment to obtain quartz composite powder; an adhesive, a solvent and the quartz composite powder are added into a ball mill together to be subjected to ball milling treatment, and quartz grouting slurry is obtained; grouting the quartz grouting slurry into a mold, then carrying out static pressure treatment, and opening the mold to obtain a biscuit; and putting the biscuit into a double-sided pressing machine for high-temperature and high-pressure treatment to obtain the quartz crucible.
