The invention discloses a resistance ceramic material and a preparation method thereof. The ceramic material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 59-70 parts of zinc oxide, 55-65 parts of aluminum oxide, 3-5 parts of glass fiber, 1-2 parts of barium titanate, 0.1-0.3 part of ammonium persulfate, 0.05-0.2 part of barium metaborate, 0.02-0.4 part of strontium carbonate, 0.02-0.2 part of niobium pentaoxide, 0.02-0.1 part of zirconium oxychloride and 0.01-0.08 part of humic acid. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the resistance ceramic material.
